Real Estate Development Trust

There are numerous real estate developments that have been carried out under this scheme. Once all the conditions of the business have been established, it guarantees the rights of both parties, having the Trustee, as a regulatory and impartial entity, to ensure that the purposes of the trust are fulfilled.

Through the Real Estate development Trust, the owner of a property (Settlor and Trustee A) transfers real estate to the trust, while, on the other hand, the developer (Settlor and Trustee B), provides the know-how, as well as human and economic resources necessary for the development of a real estate project. All the conditions of this contract are freely established by the parties, who remain involved and vigilant of the execution of the project until all the purposes of the trust are fulfilled, at which time the trust can be dissolved.
